5/5
Working in project teams to deliver different projects across the business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The company is great to work for and has a huge number of benefits. The university (Cumbria) is not great though.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Lots of great PM skills which are highly transferable. Communication, leadership skills as well as technical skills like quality, scheduling and financial.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
There is a clear progression route and paths within the scheme, as well as help to map a career path after the scheme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
There is a dedicated Early Careers Team which are really supportive over the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
BAE Systems supports us a lot. They try to hold the university to account. They gave us additional training to help achieve our PMQ.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The PMQ and day-to-day learning is really beneficial in teaching us how to be better PMs. The university has some good foundations to learn from, but can be a bit vague and superfluous.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
A fair amount of activities promoting socialising and lots of opportunities to professionally network.
