Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I have a good combination of completing engineering decisions, creating the bespoke design of electrical networks and providing high quality customer service
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The apprenticeship has been an excellent learning experience and has provided me with everything I need to grow and develop as a person and a professional.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt a whole new set of skills during my time in the apprenticeship.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The course has mostly been well structured, however, communication has been varied (mostly good) between company, college, training school and apprentice.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The employer has provided me with everything I require to develop.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The training provider has provided mostly high quality teaching. We have raised any issues and the training provider was very receptive and happy to work towards a better outcome.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The training provider did not provide a course that directly applies to my role. Therefore, other than learning about the electrical principles, it did not provide a large amount of training towards electrical network distribution or customer service.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I have attended multiple extra curricular conferences, volunteering and meetings.
