My job involves effectively running a Trade Desk and checkouts department, making sure that I complete daily tasks and mentor and develop my team to achieve budgets and maintain a high level of customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my Retail Manager apprenticeship, it has given me a higher knowledge of business and how to mentor my team and develop their skills.

Selco have social activities through the year for staff, training courses that cross branch so networking can happen, alongside paid volunteer days to help the local community.
