Monitoring patients in their physical health observation, MUST and Braden Score. Working within multidisciplinary teams alongside healthcare professional (OT, Psychologist, Psychiatrist and Nurses).
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, by administering certain medications including oral and topical and observing and recording a patient’s condition and behaviour, then reporting these findings with registered nurses to help adjust care plans of the patient.
