Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I have worked for the Trust for over 20 years in an IT role. Recently I was offered the chance to do a secondment working for the Pharmacy as an EPMA Support Officer. The new role has allowed me to work with a different team of people and experience working on projects and learning new skills. As part of the secondment I have enrolled on Project Management (Level 4) programme.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I have just started on the Project Management (Level 4) programme. The training and learning seems very structured an organised and it is great that the Trust gives me an opportunity to apply for these types of learning programmes and do them alongside my current role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
So far I have learnt about AI and discovered how useful it can be in summarising and presenting data to feedback.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very structured and broken down into units of work. I can see what I work I need to achieve each week and organise my time to do my job and complete the programme tasks. It is good to have a tutor provide 1-2-1's and feedback.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The Trust has been really supportive in encouraging me to apply for the program and giving me time during my working hours to complete the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
At the moment I have no been doing the programme for long but the initial onboarding process was easy to follow and I was supported in my application for the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel the qualification will be formal recognition and demonstrate the skills I have and learn during the programme and it will give me more confidence to perform better in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, in the past I have taken part in organised football events and also Wellbeing walks organised by the Trust.
