Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were engaging sessions with enough time to ask questions and learn from the professionals. There were simulations which provided interactive learning opportunities. We also got sessions on networking and collaboration providing insight into important skills.
How would you rate the structure of the insight

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was something which couldn’t have been done over the internet - the many desks throughout GM for example are not detailed online. In that way, it was very insightful how they all interacted. Furthermore, we got frank insight into the different careers available and this enabled us to see what truly fits with our personalities.
