Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work in supply chain innovations. My role consists on working with different cross-functional teams, all working collaboratively to deliver new products to market.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The programme is well structured, offering insights to all parts of the supply chain.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt new skills, in addition to developing my existing skills. For example, presenting to an audience is a skill I have looked to improve throughout the apprenticeship. As part of my learning, I have had to record presentations and host a podcast which has allowed me to gain confidence in this skill and develop further.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well structured, with clear module timelines. The programme does require some time management and discipline skills, as the programme is self-taught and online.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer has been very supportive throughout my programme, building my workplan around my programme, ensuring I have enough time to complete both.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have a monthly 1-1 check in with my coach, plus quarterly check ins with my coach and line manager. If I need anything outside of the monthly check in, then I can reach out to my coach whenever.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The modules are relevant to my role, and can easily be applied. Some modules are more relevant than others in my role, but are needed to ensure well-rounded knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Some sites offer more activities than others, but there is always something to get involved in.
