In my role as a Hospitality Team Member at McDonald’s, I provide customer service, take orders, prepare food and drinks, and handle payments. I work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure orders are accurate and completed quickly.
I follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times and help keep the restaurant clean and organised. I also support my team where needed, including front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen duties.

I also enjoy learning new skills that I can apply daily, making the experience both engaging and rewarding.

I receive excellent support from my training provider throughout my qualification. They are always available to answer any questions I have and provide clear guidance on what is expected. Regular check-ins and feedback help me stay on track and improve my understanding. I feel well supported both in my learning and in balancing my work responsibilities with my training.

The training has also helped me understand the importance of communication and maintaining high standards, which has had a positive impact on my performance.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are some extra activities you can get involved in at work. We sometimes have team socials and things that help everyone get to know each other better. There are also training opportunities where you can meet different people and improve your skills.
I think these are really good because they make the workplace feel more friendly and help build better teamwork. It also makes work more enjoyable when you get on well with your colleagues.

Yes
Why?
I would recommend Lifetime Training because the course is well-structured and easy to follow. The support from trainers has been helpful, and it has improved my confidence and skills at work. It fits well around my job and helps me progress in my role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training?
I would advise others applying to Lifetime Training to stay organised and manage their time well, especially when balancing work and coursework. Don’t be afraid to ask your coach or manager for help if you’re unsure about anything, as the support is really useful. Try to complete your tasks regularly rather than leaving them to the last minute. Also, use your job as a way to gain real examples for your coursework, as this makes it easier to understand and complete the units
