During my course I have development my knowledge of design theory, UX/UI design and developed practical skills to use new software.

Generally well structured and planned, although there are times when it feels the face to face sessions could have been delivered more efficiently through virtual classrooms.

My employer offers me the opportunity to apply my knowledge regularly and to discuss how to implement new strategies / skills.

There is a whole host of additional support available through the university as well as one on one opportunities to speak with skills coaches and course tutors.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Starting with the initial theory, this has helped to implement a design process within our department. The skills developed on new software means that the quality of work produced is to a higher standard.
