Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day to day I assist as a project manager on my project. Daily I communicate with all stakeholders, from clients and cost consultants to contractors and I make sure all needs are met and the project can be completed on time. I also do a lot of contract management, I track the use of EWNs and GCs to ensure they are resolved, I draft CRFs, check and approve CEs etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have met some great people on my programme, both apprentices and experienced team members. The programme pushes you to network and meet new people. I have attended various workshops as part of the apprenticeship and gained a lot of knowledge. The scheme ensures you set goals and meet them effectively.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Coming straight from my A Levels into the corporate environment threw me in the deep end but was the best decision for me. I have grown into a confident individual who can communicate with ease and isn't threatened by a challenge. On the job I have learnt a vast amount of new skills from leadership and organisation to more technical skills.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I am only 6 months into my degree and personally have not found the modules very applicable to my role yet
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
