I oversee Digital projects and development on-site. This covers the whole lifecycle of Digital solutions, from requirement gathering, project management, development, data analysis and visualisation., governance etc

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Programme is enjoyable and its goals are just stretching enough to drive engagement without feeling overwhelming.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

As i am self taught the course has confirmed a lot of my existing knowledge, and added new context to some parts where I knew how it worked but not why it worked. As we move into the Machine Learning section of the course I am excited to pick up a lot of new skills and knowledge.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Programme structure has been interrupted by a change in tutor, and is only now catching back up to where the sessions are aligned with the work I am currently completing.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is protective over my time to complete this course and supportive of any requirements for me to advance.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from training provider is fine, I've not required much additional support up until this juncture.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification is increasing my confidence as it confirms my existing knowledge, and has given me a better vocabulary to explain the solutions I am working with/on.
