Overall, how would you describe your experience at Vodafone?
Lovely culture, good working environment. Everyone very supportive and willing to help, give you plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and grow.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
First rotation - strategy, governance and transformation. Involved coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, holding workshops to collect data, analysing data and presenting back to senior stakeholders. Designing initiatives, programmes and events and helping implement programme changes. Organising large scale HR events and All Hands.
