Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Shift times/days are sometimes difficult as we work weekends and abnormal hours including NS but the work is also engaging and rarely dull. My team and management have supported me with my studies since day 1 helping me obtain a 1st.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
There were times where some of the courses were repetitive and occasionally disorganised but all in all I enjoyed it and got some learning from it.
To improve I think they should structure different assignments styles throughout the course to layer our understanding of the subject.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes project leadership and time management were the main topics i took away

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Sometimes disorganised with module leads and academic mentors. The programme should have explained the structure of the EPA from the start.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Full support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
All my questions were answered.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Lots of networking events during first year but then it falls off as Amazon favour new apprentices. I did however get to go to the house of commons!
