Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Start of the course learn the foundations, after 6 months shadow and learn working at a amazon warehouse, carry out tasks and respond to call outs. No days are the same, one day could be replacing tappets, the next tension a conveyor belt.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
Very engaging, supportive and fun.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
At the start we learn basic skills, when we are on site we develop them further, you get what you put in.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
Clearly structured, could do with a little more as some trainers left the organisation and the replacements needed time to settle in.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
Amazing support from the head of the apprenticeship, and the team at Amazon as well.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
The training provider was great, supported us and gave me everything i needed to learn and succeed.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
I learn how to do the job while getting the qualification, i don't think it can get much better than this.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
Always some event going on, team gatherings. Charity events. Great company to work for.
