I’m a apprentice I work 8am till 4pm days, painting, cutting in and rolling is what my job mostly consists of also helping colleagues move and collect things

On Fridays our timesheets is out so we can see who we are with and plan ahead to make sure we get there on time also we know when we are at collage months in advance so we know when it is

At collage my tutor in courages us to do more and try and get the best out of us also at the bagnalls academy my tutor does the same and makes us achieve what we need to

My training provider helps me perform better in my apprenticeship role by allowing me to do things I wouldn’t normally do at site and makes me be able to do this so I’m ready for when I’m a qualified decorator

Yes there’s competition that the apprentice can do that can further more improve your skills and make you better at what you struggle with
