To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a great extent as it is both rewarding and informative. I value the hands-on experience and the opportunity to support individuals while developing my skills. Although there are challenges, they help me grow in confidence and resilience. Overall, the programme is fulfilling and supports my career development.

During my programme, I have learned several new skills and developed existing ones. I have improved my communication and listening skills, allowing me to better support individuals and understand their needs. I have also gained practical experience in personal care, safeguarding, and following health and safety procedures.
In addition, I have developed my patience, confidence, and ability to work as part of a team. Overall, the programme has helped me grow both professionally and personally, making me more effective in my role as a support worker.

While there may not be many sports teams or formal networking events, the social interactions and occasional workplace activities still contribute to team spirit and staff wellbeing
