Yes I have learnt many new skills and developed many previous ones by doing many different types of jobs and working with a range of colleagues.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The contracts manager ensure weekly that I am somewhere new and if there are any issues they can help easily

My contracts managers are great if there are any issues i have they talk me through it and offer their support

At the academy I learn new skills and the providers are able to assess us individually which really benefits us to progress

My qualification i am getting helps me develop new skills and gives me time to practice as some jobs require a fast pace

There are many events at work and quite a few for the apprentices which I hopefully will attend soon

Why?
Bagnalls is a great opportunity to learn new skills every week, the colleagues I have are very helpful and support me when it is needed
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bagnalls?
Some tasks are difficult but dont be afraid to ask for help the painters have been an apprentice once they know at times how tough it can be
