I support patients and qualified colleagues whilst under supervision. I advise patients on the right frames and lens types, take accurate facial and frame measurements, make adjustments and repairs to glasses, problem solve and handle admin tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the challenges it brings and the satisfaction of helping a patient have comfortable, stylish frames whilst giving them the best vision possible.

I have developed a deeper understanding of every aspect of the role. Which in turn helps me give the right advice to patients and gives me the confidence to support them.
