Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is a stores operative, this involves a mixture of things such as assembling seals, testing and inspecting them, boxing the seals and dispatching them. In my apprenticeship I was was taught how to assemble the seals and then pressure test and inspect them.

During my apprenticeship I have recieved a lot of support during my learning and this has also carried on after my apprenticeship.

As my role is not very common among college courses i was put on a course as close fitting to my role as possible which helped a bit with a few things however most of my learning came from actually being in the environment of my role

Why?
I would recommend aesseal to a friend because the company itself offers a lot of opportunities especially to young people to develop, and in general the people who work here are very welcoming and make you feel a part of the team straight away which helps a lot for a new young employee
