Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

During my day to day work its always a different activity one day i could be troubleshooting a fault on a device, another day i could be at our network data center doing some end to end testing and patching or other days i could be out at a customer site patching and installing ADVAs and routers which makes the job exciting in field.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was structured well and gave me hands on experience with the job role and also allowing me to complete my coursework side of the apprenticeship during study days which then allowed me to be successful in my exam

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned new skills whilst working for Vodafone and also allows me to develop ongoing skills from my senior engineers to expand my skillset and be good in my profession to play my part in making the nations network.

My programme was well structured with clear information whats expected from me with room for study day and 1:1 checks to see how things are going during my course.

Support was excellent from my mentors an also from the apprenticeship provider

I feel confident whilst also developing my on going skillset and was never afraid to ask questions.

yes there is football tournaments and social event meet ups/ run club etc
