on a day to day basis i get to learn new skills required to become a painter and decorator, i work under trained employees who then look after me to ensure i do the job correctly and safely

i enjoy my apprentiship at bagnalls as i get to learn new skills everyday and get to gain great experience in work environments.

i think bagnalls is an extremely organised programme as you have reviews with your managers/teachers who’ll update you on your progress and let you know where needs improvement

Bagnalls offers great support services wether it’s talking with your managers, colleagues or even websites that are provided by bagnalls

they always check up on you making sure you’re okay or need anything from them
