I've had a great experience. The programme is very well organised and I've been really well supported.

Just in terms of work, my work-life balance is good. However, I'm studying the CIMA qualification so with time spent revising on weekends and on evenings additional to my full-time job, it does feel like a lot. I see it is a short term sacrifice for a long term gain.

Why?
Something that has really stood out to me is how friendly everyone is. I significantly remember this on the day of my assessment centre, this isn't something I experienced at other assessment centres.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to ASDA?
As a grad, no one expects you to have in-depth knowledge of the role you are applying for. Really focus on your work experience and how this has taught you transferable skills (problem solving, communication, team work etc). During the assessment centre, the first thing people notice is how you come across, so be really friendly and approachable.
