Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As an apprentice project manager I get involved in all roles within the construction consultancy environment, including design, commercial, cost, contract admin, logistics and MEP. This will involve communicating with 3 party teams, primary and secondary consultants and with the client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy collaborating with others and being a productive member of my team.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills, including design cost breakdowns, reporting, contract knowledge and information management. Along with learning how to use a number of systems to aid in these processes such as CEMAR and Aconex.

There is a very clear structure for our development and our programme.

I work in a very friendly and open environment where if I feel I need more support or need to talk to someone I have the ability to do so.

There is a large amount which I learn through my lectures and learning modules that I can and do use within my day to day job role.
