Everything, its amazing, i work with some of the best and most technical in the engineering industry.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its amazing, i have fun everyday, always tackling new task and activities. Everyday is a school day. I get to digest some of the most advanced engineering techniques from my colleagues. The wealth of knowledge im exposed to everyday is incredible.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My early shift ETC (Engineering team coach) is always trying to grow my knowledge with her years of engineering experience and has a natural way of calmly explaining procedures and corrective maintenance. We are very lucky to have her.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I get supported on a day to day basis by my fellow colleagues and get advice and coaching from my ETC. I have come up with some improvements which hopefully will be followed up with my manager in hopes the future apprentices enjoy themselves as much as possible.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive good support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive great support from my training provider, they are always here to help 24/7 one day a week when i attend.

sometimes we do kareoke. There are discounted tickets available for local attractions, such as the zoo, theatre and amusement parks.
