Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Job role involves managing projects through planning, meeting with stakeholders, meeting with POC's and teams, mitigating risk and delivering projects for our customers.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I was concerned that I would not be given serious work from the get go which was important ot me as a career changing apprentice vs a school leaver.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through supplied training and on the job development I learn something new everyday. Day 1 culture is what we call it at Amazon

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We had an inductions week, clear guidelines for study and great 1:1 time with manager/s to discuss things week by week as we move forward.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get frequent 1:1's with team managers and team memebrs.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support as they are always prompt with answers and great monthly meets with quarterly catch ups.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand how my role looks at Amazon but how it could look else where and in a different setting.

Its a great place to learn and gain real on the job experience. It also introduces the concept of a strong brand identity which influences the culture and how we work here.
