Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
I am really enjoying working for Savills, there is a lot of room for progression. The team I am in have been extremely welcoming and share expertise to enable me to learn and grow.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I work in estate management so i speak to clients and assist resolving general estate matters. I draft leases and surrenders, conduct land inspections and draft reports for clients, administrate meetings and much more.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have been provided opportunities to own and administrate tools which has allowed me to not be meaningful just in my direct team by wider team
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I have not benefited much from perks due to still being a graduate and not being eligible for some
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I believing it is setting me up well for a future career and teaching me the ins and outs of estate management

How is the support you receive?

From my Line manager and Buddy the support has been great. Line manager doesnt just help with work but masters work as well

I believe due to masters and working full time my balance is a challenge along with balancing personal time
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

I believe the company is very inclusive but i haven't yet dived deeper into what they offer. due to study day i am in 4 times a week but i appreciate that as it lets me learn from senior surveyors
How would you rate Savills initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

I believe the networks are great but not yet got involved much due to a lot of it being in London and not regional areas
How would you rate Savills CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

I know savills is big on this but i am not too aware or know any that stands out

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I believe the company encourages growth and appreciates differences as that is how innovation is created. I believe my experience and my team and people within teams around me are very welcoming and make it a great place to work

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Savills?
I believe it is important for others during assessment centre to not compare and be themselves, easier said than done.
