Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I gave it 4 Stars:
I receive enquires and have to select a solution based on the information provided by the customer, the solution could be simple or more complex. If it is more complex it will require input from other teams.
This solution is then priced and caveated and sent back through the workflow.
I am also involved in projects that improve our lead time and overall service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoyed my course when I was at the college for a year and would come back to work to slowly integrate me into the company.
second year I really got to improve within the company and understand more about my role, which I really enjoyed. I have also been completing my Level 3 work once a week; I go into the training centre
Third year is I will be at AESSEAL full time and I will be completing the EPA where I take everything I've learnt during the previous two years

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
This course has allowed me to improve my communication skill drastically; within my role, I have been forced to speak to a variety of people within the company and college.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
There was problems with communication when in my first year, no fault of AESSEALs, however this made the first year more difficult and confusing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
If I had any issues I could go to my employer and he would navigate me to a solution.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I Have had the opportunity to attend multiple professional networking events, which has allowed me to speak to others that I wouldn't speak to day to day.
