Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I’d recommend Savills to a friend because the company really understands what apprentices need in order to thrive. There are strong support systems in place that help you grow both professionally and personally. Most importantly, Savills gives apprentices real responsibility and independence, which helps you build confidence and put your skills into practice.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
My main tip for anyone applying is to make sure you properly understand the role you’re going for and the area of the industry you want to work in. It helps you show genuine interest and figure out whether it’s the right path for you.Getting some work experience, whether at Savills or elsewhere, is also really useful. It gives you a feel for the job and helps you build your skills.
I’d also say be enthusiastic, ask questions and be open to learning. And take a bit of time to understand Savills as a company and what it values, then think about how that lines up with you.
