Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Excellent, plenty of support provided to ensure professional competency.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I am split between commercial agency and licensed leisure. I enjoy day to day agency tasks involving inspecting properties, creating particulars, marketing the property and finding potential purchasers. I enjoy creating the best outcomes for our clients.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I am given a large range of work both agency and professional. I feel valued by being praised and being given more independence in the role, as trust has been created.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Savills prepares all prospective surveyors with a surplus amount of experience, CPD and off the job experience. This allows for surveyors in Savills to be well prepared to sit there APC and qualify with a high pass rate.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
5/5
As mentioned, CPD both formally and informally is consistently delivered. This reinforces personal development, which is exacerbated by the range of work and clients exposed to as a graduate.

How is the support you receive?

Great support from HR. I recently had a personal accident and HR ensured that I felt comfortable in my role and offerred support. Line managers constantly offer feedback, with regular meetings aligning progress and places where development can be accelerated.
How is your work-life balance?

I am a non-cognate, so by nature the work-life balance is not as great due to having to study sometimes outside of working hours.
