I’m a Learning and Development Apprentice at Cadogan Tate, where I support employee growth through creating engaging training materials and helping deliver workshops. Day-to-day, I work on things like presentations, internal communications, and learning projects so it’s a mix of creativity and organisation, and no two days are the same.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cadogan Tate?
I would say be yourself and come in with a positive mindset. Cadogan Tate is a really welcoming environment, and I’ve found that building relationships and staying open to learning makes a big difference. From my experience, getting involved, staying consistent with your development, and applying what you learn (like I’ve done through my presentations and projects) really helps build your confidence and skills over time.
