I support the HR team at Cadogan Tate by assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding new starters. I also support general HR administration, ensure documentation is accurate and up to date, and learn about key HR functions such as policies and compliance while developing my professional skills.

My organisation has a good structure in place for me, and I progress at a nice pace with them. However, my apprenticeship provider often takes a long time between tasks, and I feel that my apprenticeship could have been completed sooner.
