My role is administration based, I would log on to our teams system and complete tickets raised by other departments to help out with any overflow work they may have. This could include billing work, marketing emails, uploading invoice, filing emails etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy being back in studying after being out of school for a while, I also appreciate the opportunity to learn while in the work environment.

Since joining the scheme my skills in computers and professionalism have definitely increased

Since joining I have always felt supported by my team and have always had a clear understanding of the tasks I needed to complete as well as when I would need to delegate time for my studies

I think my course could be catered slightly more towards the role I am in however I appreciate that this is a broad course to accommodate for all different roles
