i really enjoy my role with bagnalls, some days are really hard and some days it’s easy, this varies from job to job.

before joining bagnalls i had never painted before and now i can say im quite confident in doing a lot of things

it is very well organised, i do college every monday and tuesday to friday is working. we also have a week long trip to the training academy in doncaster 4 times a year

bagnalls is very supportive, they supply everything you could possibly think of that js needed for work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they support very well as ofcourse i have college once a week and if i have fallen behind they may make me go in twice a week

Why?
it is such a good company just simply because how much they support you, it almost feels like sometimes they support so much it’s over the top. they care a lot about how you are as a person and another reason is when working on jobs you don’t have to buy anything yourself
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bagnalls?
just try your hardest because by the looks of things to me a lot of people succeed through this company
