My biggest advice for anyone applying to Savills is to be confident in what you can bring, even if you’re just starting out. Savills really values enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, so don’t be afraid to show your personality and talk about what genuinely interests you. Make sure you’ve done your research on the company and the specific team you’re applying to, because they appreciate people who understand their culture and want to grow within it.
