To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the overall set-up of the course is extremely affective especially to someone who didn't know what they wanted to do in life. It allows me to get a feel for most of the key business units in the company which very few organisations have this set-up.

In these short months, I have learnt a huge amount and have gained a variety of skills that I can implement in future positions within the company.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I do appreciate the fact that the apprenticeship has only been set up for 2 years and there are still things being worked out, however I think a few things can be improved such as having a map of the overall plan of the placements I will be visiting on my time. On the other hand, everything else has been brilliant.
