To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great, my training provided and Kier were both incredibly supportive with everything and I felt set up for success.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I had never worked in HR before so everything was new, I’ve strengthened my confidence and independence, and I’ve continued developing my problem‑solving and communication skills when supporting colleagues.

My programme was well‑organised and structured, with clear expectations and a logical progression that makes it easy to follow. The regular check‑ins and resources also helped me stay on track throughout the qualification.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive good support from my employer, with clear guidance available when needed and a team that’s always willing to help. I feel I have the right balance of independence and support to perform my role effectively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel that my qualification directly supports me in my role by strengthening my HR knowledge and giving me practical skills I can apply day‑to‑day. The learning helps me approach tasks with more confidence and a better understanding of best practice.
