I enjoy the most tasks given however sometimes there is a lack of work to be given out or nothing going on to shadow,

I have learent lots of relevent information towards the jobs taking place within the company, and it links well to waht i am working on at college for the apprenticeship.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the fact that our next placement is not known until a short period of time before we finish our current one it shows a lack of planning ahead. With some placements there has been issues as we didn't have the correct training before hand to be able to carry out all that needs to be done in that placement. However this varies from placement to placement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get given lots of benefits and have been given lots of differnt routes to take to gte infomation or any support I may need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They have given lots of reasources to use to revise and in lesson support is good
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it gives an overview of what goes on within a bussness however i feel some of the content is not relevent to our situations within this comapny
