Since joining Kier I have joined a site in Warwickshire, I joined as a Trainee site manager and day to day I help induct individuals onto site signing them onto all relevant and required documents such as RAMS. This Ensures all works on site are happening compliantly and safely. I also help with the document control on the site.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying it, from being on site daily working with a great site team, and also enjoying my university course.
