Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I am site-based so i help with the coordination of work that are happening. I also assist in managing health and safety.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the fact I am with people in the same buisness region as me as well as others across the country. Being able to get a degree and work full time is the perfect combination

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have become a lot more organised and am able to stick to deadlines. It has also helped me become more professional and confident when speaking to new people

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The structure is very clear with 4 block weeks a year and lessons 9-5 for that week. The only issue is some of the subjects might not be as relevant for the current project we are on, or it's about other sectors of the business like engineering
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a good amount of support from my team. However it can be difficult to be allowed uni days to complete assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
We have progress reviews every three months, which are beneficial sometimes however some advice is quite vague. However, some of the uni course leaders can be difficult to contact.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I don't think it helps me before better in my role but it increases my understanding of the subjects we are learning and how they can effect my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
As we are part of an ET emerging talent group, quarterly events are put on to help us network
