In my day to day role, I work on a construction site. Managing sub-contractors, monitoring safety on site and managing risk assessments and method statements.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme! The emerging talent team at Kier have been nothing but helpful and supportive in my job role and University programme.

As someone who had no construction background previous to this job, I learn and develop new skills every day.
