Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend AWE to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The work is fulfilling and interesting and they tend to actively push you to get more qualifications which they fund for you so long as you can justify it.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AWE?
their apprenticeship/graduate offers are very good and cover a wide range of occupations so do some research into what you think you want to apply for and apply early as options do get filled up and you may not be able to apply otherwise. Once you're here placements make a big difference in how quickly you qualify and progress so try and get the best placements you can, usually your line manager will help here.
