going to college to develop my skill set for the jobsite, on the jobsite getting hands on experience on the machinery and learning how they function and common repairs for them

It is a very supportive company and continues to provide assistance throughout my journey. They have made sure that I feel comfortable with my colleagues and assures me if there are any problems to not hesitate and ask for reasonable support

Be true to yourself, ensure that you are good at self motivating yourself, and strive for self development
