Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I learnt about pension valuations, accounting and alot on how asset and liability valuations affect clients.
I learnt about working with colleagues and managing client work, as well as getting the opportunity to learn more about what senior and junior actuaries do on a day to day basis.
I got the opportunity to further develop my teamworking skills.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed learning more about the pensions world, getting involved with client work and participating in research projects.
I also enjoyed the social aspect of the internship and getting to know colleagues outside the workplace with activities like boardgames night or the summer party.
