I did really enjoy it, I personally haven't really studied in 25 years, since I left college. The course was hard to fit in around the day to day work but I enjoyed the challenge.

Most definitely. The course I studied really opened up my mind to the processes of Management.

The course is very well structured. But try not to fall behind as it can make you lose you place with the course and you end up doing things in the wrong order and it becomes confusing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Royal Mail are very supportive with the whole apprentice/scholar programme. But they will forget about you if you don't say you need help.

5/5
Five star... The tutors are really top notice. Any questions they are ready to answer, help and guide.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
No one really tells you how to go from a Postie to a Manager. It's a sink or swim. The course was really helpful in getting your head/attitude/style into the mindset of a Royal Mail manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
