I am very happy with the work side of my apprenticeship, it's the college side which has frustrated me over how slowly I progress between levels

What i have studied at college hasn't reflected my work role particularly strongly but this isn't easy to change due to the organisation I work for

Would you recommend Royal Mail Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
They have supported me well, and I have appreciated how much I have grown throughout my apprenticeship with them. Although I can only speak for the finance department which is just a small part of RM as I haven't experienced the others areas of the business so can't comment.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Royal Mail Group?
Be prepared for a unique environment which other companies don't replicate due to RM's nature of business.
