Recommendations & Advice

Yes
Why?
All the staff and management are very supportive to parents, carers and children and they go above and beyond for families in the community and all the Room Leaders are amazing they really support their staff and children.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Busy Bees Childcare?
Promote your passion for working with children and wanting to give children the best start in life it is a vocation not just a job as the pay is not great although the rewards are many huge job satisfaction you need to really want to work with children and realise it is not all about hugging children all day there is much more to the role than that. You need to keep the children safe and teach them right from wrong you need to be flexible , kind and compassionate and get down on their level.
