many skills involved with project management, but also skills in a workplace; e.g. confidence, professional visibility, soft skills.

Well structured, however for me it feels as if >90% of my learning comes from either project work or university work, a lack from emerging talent.

A lot of the theory learnt has benefitted me in my everyday role.

Roughly once a quarter there is a apprentice day, a session with my cohort of apprentices. Plus there is other sessions/meetups in other aspects of work, however not very often.
