I am responsible responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day operations within the HR Shared Services team, ensuring that all HR processes—such as onboarding, contract changes, HR systems updates, and employee lifecycle administration—are delivered accurately and within agreed service levels.

Yes I have mainly developed existing skills and learned new skills. However, due to the nature of how the organisation is structured it has been difficult to be exposed to opportunities which were related to my apprenticeship whilst also continuing to cover my main role.
