My tutor is excellent. He has shown a genuine interest in my well‑being, which has been especially important while Royal Mail is going through considerable change. Balancing an apprenticeship during such a challenging period has not been easy, and his first priority has always been ensuring that I feel supported and able to carry out the tasks he sets. He is very flexible in his approach, adapting expectations when needed and always putting my progress and welfare first. In addition to his supportive nature, he brings exceptional knowledge to his role, having spent 30 years working for Royal Mail. This means he not only has the skills to assess and deliver the apprenticeship content, but he also brings invaluable practical experience from a lifetime in the industry. Overall, I would confidently say that my tutor is outstanding.
