Responsible for attracting, recruiting, selecting, managing and training interns, graduates and apprentices for our UK business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my apprenticeship, it is providing additional knowledge that I have not yet gained through my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gained more HR knowledge as a result of my apprenticeship. It has also been extremely beneficial completing an apprenticeship as my team are responsible for the apprenticeship programme. I am now a lot more empathetic and understand the juggle of working and completing an apprenticeship. It is so useful when speaking to apprentices and their line managers as I truly understand what the experience is like from both sides.

Very organised. Expectations are clear and support is in place.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My boss, team and wider HR team are extremely supportive. They always allow me to work on my apprenticeship and support with my assignments when I require additional knowledge and research.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a very collaborative relationship with the training provider. They are always available for questions if I have them and are keen for us to succeed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

For me, the knowledge was the only missing part of my role and completing this apprenticeship allows me to gain the theory that supplements my practical experience.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Savills has a huge amount of extra curricular activities including sports teams, D&I groups, networking events etc.
